Raw wasn?t half bad this evening, on a scale from 1-10, I?d say about a 6. Not much going on tonight, it?s pretty cold out there. ?23/35 what with the windchill and it?s going to get colder over night. The weather girl on Global was saying that we hadn?t had a winter this bad since 1996. I recall that winter, first week in January there about?s where we had ice crystals in the middle of the day. And -30?s for several days. Snow half way up to the knees.  That was probably the coldest winter I?ve seen here in Edmonton
