we got into work all right.
We were both feeling tired and drained. I got my cheaque including my vacation
pay, and I made bonus as well. $23. Good stuff. I should have enough to cover
for Markus for Jan 1st. After moving around there a bit we finally
got ourselves stabilized and I sat with JT and I had a slow start to the night
and a bit of a cold developing. I ended up getting a $100 sale and I was just
about ready to put it through and the screen reset Anzio on me so I lost the
sale. I was livid. That set me back the whole night and I did a lousy $535. And
the Oilers were losing against Minnesota in the 3rd. Anne asked me
on the train if I could walk up to her place of work. It was a brisk cold walk
but she was about ready to leave and I waited for her and we went to the insta
bank and she gave me my vacation pay. Good stuff. After a brief wait we caught
the train at Central just about 9:25pm feeling pretty good about ourselves. We
caught the Oiler fans exiting out of the game. I was wondering what the outcome
was. I asked an Oiler sweater fan and he said we won 3-1. Great news. Anne went
off to get pop at Superstore and I had a long wait before the bus left. I think
I got home about 29 min ago. All in all it was a great evening.

don’t remember how much sleep I got. At one point I even went out to the front
room put my feet on the table and I passed out. Not much going on got today. I
received my vacation pay last night and I found 2 all in one-printer/scanner
types but the price is $229. I don’t want to blow all my money either. So,
we’ll be going into work for this afternoon and it is a short shift big deal
3.5 hours. But this week that gets me 23.5 hours in or a full week for me first
time in a long time.
Anyway,
I’m going to blog this and the above from last night put them both together.

hey at least the Oilers won, 3-1 last night and they play again tonight as
well.
I
thought the weather report said freezing rain but it didn’t register that on
the weather channel. In that case, I might go into Chapters tonight and buy a
couple of books and maybe that David Byrne Cd on the weekend. I don’t know yet.
But since there is no freezing rain tonight maybe I will go into Chapters after
work.
