I ended up doing just over 2,000 words yesterday on “F”. Not to badly. Also I received a few emails from Markus. I’m settling my website account tomorrow and so far I’ve got the green light to ho. Also, Markus put together a nifty little Works in Progress bar that I can use in my writing. So Once I figure out how to use it, you’ll be able to chart my progress through my current writing projects. I don’t like it where it is at the moment but I can adjust that later. Also, we’re going to change the menu around a bit and I know I resisted but I’m also going to put Google Addsense on my site only to help pay for it. It’s $100 bucks/year, so whatever cash I can generate from Addsense will go towards keeping this So, you’ll see that up over the next few days as well. So there will be a few changes to my site over the rest of this month.

I went out to the lodge tonight and took the train in. It was easy to get there and the candidate was a no show so we just had a meeting. Fifteen of us were there and Nathan brought along a pork stew and rice-kind of a casserole, very nice. I enjoyed myself at the lodge tonight and made some suggestions and was heard. We might be going visiting and I’d like to go to another York Rite lodge in the City to see how they do things. After lodge, I got a lift home from Nathan and had a chat with him in our parking lot. I also got some advice from Chris on how to rescue my data from my crashed Wxp Compaq system. I’ll need what’s called a USB shuttle cable. Very interesting.

About Addsense on my site, I’m under no allusions that I’m going to get rich from this things and that’s not the idea. I’d be very happy if I got enough income to help pay for some of the cost of my website. Just to set the record strait.

I’m excited about this WIP bar and how to go about using it. I sent Markus a last minute email before I got ready about how to use it. I like the layout but like I said, I’m not going to keep it there. I’ll probably keep it on the left hand side, which has only one graphic, the weather pixie, which I’d like to keep.

And the Oilers played last night but they got beat out in OT and managed a point. However the Av’s were in Calgary and the Av’s won there so the Oil only one point ahead of the AV’s and still 6 points away from the Wild. It’ll belike this until the end of the regular season. Yeesh.
