so when I got home, the first thing I did was to check my Markus email and sure enough the confirmation came in. He got the funds. Yeaaa! Good stuff. So I’m good for the rest of the year providing I don’t get anymore computer crashes, and that sort of thing.

“F” for Wednesday. I ended up just a tad under 2000 words and I finished over after the Markus email. I worked on “F” a bit more after I settled in and closed off with 2084 and just over 62k The thing is I’m sitting at scene 37/80 and I’d like to be about scene 40 and 48K. I’m falling behind and speeding up. I fear I’ll be about Scene #70 and 110k. But I’m just going to write until I’m finished and cut from there. If I’m at 160K and scene 80 then I’ve got a lot to cut out.

I got to my bus stop and jimmy after Jimmy bus came loaded with kids.until just behind the last Jimmy I saw my low floor bus and it took the passing lane leaving me behind. Bastards. Thos Jimmy buses this time of day are loaded to the rafters with kids leaving me to stand all the way there and it is an uncomfortable ride in. Finally after a long wait I get the bus I want. I met Anne holding the train up for me. She was in a pissed off mood not that I would have blamed her.

Anyway, we got into work and I was hoping we’d get to do Optimists, but no such luck. We ended up us tap shooters doing the worst ghetto campaign imaginable. OTH-Sigh. We had a system crash there earlier and that took us off the phone for a good 40 min. So we called about the same length of time.. Then after the break, we got to do Semi’s. Even worse. I actually did pretty good in the 2^nd half and did a lot of surfing. That means waiting on a call but it was so close to the end of the shift anyway and we got out 10 minutes early so that’s okay. I ended up with a low, $120.

When I got home I had a soar tooth hurting me and that was uncomfortable in my writing but I did it anyway and Anne offered me a 222, which helped later on. I feel all right for now.

One of the nice features I like about SF signal is they often have a section called SF/F authors that blog. Once I figure out how to use the link editor, I’ve got a few more Blogs to add to my list of Blog links but lately the SF signal blog authors have been either young adult or Horror blogs. I hate to break it to you SF Signal but Horror might be speculative fiction but it isn’t Science fiction.

 When I got in and after my writing Anne made me a great baked pasta, my favorite. We watched the news and she’s watching the last of ET Canada. Tonight on Coast will be on Russian UFO Sightings. Good stuff. I’ll be listening to that later on.
