Anne and I went into work this afternoon uneventful just as I like it. I did really well the first half getting a couple of $50 sales almost back to back. At the break I had $315 and was kicking everyone’s ass. We were playing put golf for a credit card for a chance to win $5 bucks. JT was talking about Pay Pal for services and Greg mentioned how I can get a Money Mart secured prepaid Master Card for almost any amount. I just put money on it. I want to set up a Pay Pal account because I’d like to order that glmenu and some other things online. Having the secured credit card will allow me to order Itunes and other services online. I didn’t know about this before. I knew about pre paid credit cards for years but I thought they were only at banks. They used to start at $100 but my hours and banking hours are different but Money Mart is opened 24/7. This is huge news for me. I realize to purchase songs from Itunes you don’t need a credit card, there are these ore paid Itune cards out there starting from $10+ I have yet to use a credit card online and I’d like to also pick up some WWE t shirts as well from shop zone. I’m missing a lot of music I never got to get prior to when Audio Galaxy was a free service. I don’t know if they are even up and running anymore. This is breakthrough news for me. Anyway, I heard leaving the office that Detroit was taking the lead in the hockey game just kicking SJ’s butt leading 2-0. I was hoping the game could go overtime but no such luck, I got a seat to myself on the train home and had a chat there with Anne’s ex co worker friend I see often. She lived here all her life and recalls the 1970’s Edmonton living here all her life and confirmed the Chinese restaurant in the Carona station bloc where First Edmonton place is now “Seven Seas.” She recalls the Hobbit Fantasy shop but miss shot the location a block over. But that’s 30 years of life and memory getting in the way. Good for her. I got home to watch Raw and Anne made me a great toasted sandwich and fries, good stuff. And this is where we are now.
