at this moment I should be out there on the street waiting for my 12:30 bus but even JT doesn’t want me to over do the extra hours and I only had 2 days off our long weekend. So last night I decided with Anne, I’d go in for my later 4pm shift. At lest it qualifies me for my stat pay, which I will get on my next cheaque.

George had a decent show on last night. The subject was reincarnation. Normally I wouldn’t listen to this show because the callers that call in always say their past life was a figure of importance. Something like, “I was somebody related to the Pharos’s inner chamber.” Or I am the incarnation of a Prince, or a Queen and on it goes. The guest last night works in the area of hypnosis and brings people back to the time when they were somebody else, perhaps one or two generation ago. The guest said that all of the some 300+ people he regressed back through hypnosis we’re not figures of importance as on the case of the callers that call in. George and his guest mentioned this before in an effort I think toi bring some credibility and to tone it it down when the whacko’s call. Usually George’s callers are pretty level headed but sometimes there are topics like Time travel that bring out the nut cases. People often ask me if I have ever been hypnotized and I say no to that. And then follows, “why not?” Because it has something to do with a magical oath I took many years ago. But most importantly it has something to do with the magical formula of The Will. It’s under My Philosophy Thelema.

We listened to the other news and I shut the radio off just after 3 am. Anne had left Pledges outside and the poor thing was crying. I got up at 4:30 this morning wondering where he was. He usually sits on the pillow in between Anne and I. After looking in all his favorite places, he was nowhere to be found. I opened up the office window and there he was crying outside. I brought him much to his contention I’m sure. I woke Anne up top let her know she left Pledges outside and she’s sleeping away now. I did the cbi thing at 7am and climbed back into bed. I think I got ay least 7-8 hours sleep.

F is finally completed. The initial read edit that is. I’ve still got a lot of work on it left to go. My next move is going to be the F2 and F2 is the structural changes to enlarge the scene activity from 64 scenes to 74. I’m trying for 80 scenes and 100k. That’s how I’d like it to be when the ink is dry that is.

Anyway, it’s off to a 4-hour shift this evening and I’ll be following the Detroit/Anaheim game. Anaheim could close it out tonight and then the picture will be clear as to the two teams in the finale. I’d like it to go 7 games so Detroit wins and goes in as a beat up older team and expands the rest Ottawa needs.
