Anne left out of here at about 8:15 with Pledges and took him to the Vet. I hope they are gentle with him and if he can get all his teeth removed so much the better, if he can survive the operation. He’s not a dying cat..
I tried to sleep those last 2 hours nit all I could do was rest on and out of sleep.
Anne’s cell phone is going crazy with these 1-800 numbers from call centers. She’s got jingle bells whining away driving me nuts and I don’t know how to turn the thing off. She never answers it during the day because it costs too much money. We’re just pay as you go. Speaking of, which and I won’t name the service provider but last night Global’s “Trouble Shooter” had a story about how this one family on a contract plan kept on getting all these incoming calls they were getting charged for when it wasn’t part of the arrangement. Something to do with calls going out and the other long distance party answers and you wouldn’t get billed for it. Or something like that. Anyway, the service provider call center wouldn’t return their calls, hung up on them, totally unprofessional. Anyhow this family got dinged $600 on the phone bill but after a lot of crying and making noise they finally got a rebate and out of the contract. I don’t know if I really need a cell phone. The only one that would call me os Anne and or Call Centers, the 1-800 numbers can be blocked but Anne has an older style cell phone she got from Future shop the year we got married.
Colder out there then normally. Rain was forecast for this morning last night but when I got up at about 7:45 to take my insulin it was nice and sunny. Sure there’s a lot of cloud cover but it’s not a bad looking day out there.
Most likely Anne is on her way home from the Vet with the bus pass. I’m enjoying an hour to myself amd a coffee before I have my shower and shave and some lunch and head into work this afternoon/evening. It’s going to be a full day for me as I’ll be waiting for Anne to return with the bus pass so I can get out there for work dor my 1:30 shift.
That’s all for now.
