after brunch yesterday I completed the last part of organizing my by Chapter material for F. I should have done this from the beginning when I started the rough draft. So I began a Template for a 100k novel of Scenes/pacing and Chapter breakdowns. I did all of this and wrote a brief treatment idea I have for another novel. A kind of science fiction meets the paranormal. This is in keeping with the trend that sf’s greatest success these days is crossing over genres. I know something about the paranormal and a blend of SF and the paranormal seems like a pretty good fit. I don’t have a title yet but I do have a setting and a main character. I’ll be discussing more as the weeks go on.

I failed to Blog yesterday for obvious reasons. Here’s what’s on my plate for today: More work on the prologue for F. I’ll try and blog this before I go tow work, I’ll be following the Ottawa/Anaheim Stanley Cup finale. I know it’s going to be Anaheim as this years Stanley Cup winner. There will be no Canadian team to ever win the Stanley Cup as long as Gary Betman wants to sell the game to the US. It’ll never happen at l east not in my lifetime. It’s an American game now. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. A Canadian invented basketball and a Canadian invented Superman. All we do is export Canadian hockey player’s, to US markets. The NHL doesn’t include Canada. I’m not bitter about it, I’ve just accepted the inevitable. Ok that said I’ll be going into work, for my 4 hours and I’ll be keeping an eye on the game and no doubt we’ll be doing baseball, sigh. After that it’s to head home and do my admin stuff and watch wrestling.
