I took that gravel pill about 1:30 this morning and I went right to bed. I listened to a bit of Coast and Art’s guest last night was thriller Dale Brown. He left the air leaving me with an interesting thought. Writers will most likely make it if they put part of themselves into the work. That’s what I do. I think that’s what most writers try and do but few are more concerned with the story. That’s ok too but I think there, needs to be a balance. For once Art didn’t go on and on about global warming to pitch his book.  Anyway, I slept until about 7:45 getting up to do the cbi thing.  I had about 5 hours of sleep there and it was so lethargic going for me doing the cbi thing. I slept again until about 12:45 this afternoon for another 5 hours, for a total of 10 altogether.

So this afternoon and for most of the day, I’m going to get back to work on F. For the moment I’m relaxing waking up and having my first coffee of the day. Looks like we could get some rain today. Good it will shut those noisy kids up across from us. Maybe today I think I’ll try and get a photo of me up on the website. Mostly though, I want to work on F all day.
