I went into work on my own feeling happy. I went into the office and found my seat in the corner where I was last night, Jeffery Hayduik came to join me to ride co pilot next to me. He brought a Survivor DVD in for the staff. We have 3 monitors in our little phone room where we watch DVD's in between calls. I usually read a novel or my own work when I can get something printed. It was slow going for a while but I got up to speed and did a bit better then I did Tuesday night. By break I ended up with $360. I called Anne and we had a nice chat. It was cleaning up night for her night off. I wanted to call Fs to find out about that Kmv switch to see if they had one in stock but I didn’t get around to it. The last hour was dragging. I ended up doing $445 and a $15 credit card. It was a better night but not by much. I had a head ache to show for it as well. We got out a bit early and I was able to catch the last train at the top of the hour, 9pm. I was hoping I could ride home alone but Archie came up and joined me. Nice enough fellow. He likes wrestling and we were talking that to Belvedere station. He mentioned about PWA wrestling. It’s a local concern, Prairie Wrestling Association. They have a show at Nait on Saturday. Tickets are at Happy Harbor Comics. It’s too short notice for me but he might like to go. I’ll let him know when I get in this afternoon. I called Anne leaving Belvedere. She was at the Pet Smart not far away from the Club Fit the train passed by. She saw my train pull out from one of the overpassesfrom 137th Ave and 50th st.  

I walked from Clairview as it was 9:05pm and the bus was just pulling in. I didn;t want to wait around for 10 minutes so I elected to walk home instead and I asked Anne to fire up the computer for me on my way home. I came in and worked on a Chapter/Chapter master plot for an up coming novel. My short story Template is similar in structure. I’m up to Chapter 9 right now. The proposed novel is called "Exile." If I ever get around to writing it that is. I want to complete F first.

So I’m up at 10 am to expect the Geeks to arrive at around 11am to settle my account to repair my W98 machine. So I hope I get some sleep tonight.

I went and tinkered with the “About me” preview on the main page earlier this morning and included a link to one of my most recent short stories. I’d like to clean up some of the stories I haven’t had the chance to rewrite yet although I think I’d like to submit one of them to a print magazine this summer but I need to send it to Staples and get a couple of copies. Actually the story I did write is called “Changes.” I wrote this last February. It’s around 5000 words on my W98 desktop. Staples is a bit of an experiment. I think the story is about 20 pages. I’d be looking at $3.20 cents. Maybe $5 including tax.

In this case “Changes”, I rewrote the story several times. It’s a horror meets science fiction meets philosophy tale. I’ll shop it around to the major markets and see if I can find a print home for it, then I’ll give it to “Static motion.” if I can't. If I’m lucky I might get a couple of rejections back by the end of the year but I’m not going to hold my breath.
