Anne and I were in bed by 3am listening to a bit of Coast. I couldn’t sleep again because every time I would lay down I began coughing. So back onto the couch. Prop my feet up. I don’t know what I watched on TV as I was dozing in and out. I think I got 4 hours sleep here and there. I managed to come into bed several times and was able to lay down without coughing but it was so hot in the bedroom I couldn’t sleep. Any sleep came so hard almost as if I had to much caffeine in my system. I should have taken a gravel pill about 1am. I just tossed and turned getting anywhere. Thing is I don’t know where that extra caffeine came from. All I had was one coffee yesterday and some decaf about 7pm. I think the extra caffeine source would have come from the lemon relief tea and possibly the aspirin and antibiotics I’ve been pumping into my system lately. Right now, I’m enjoying my first coffee of the day.

Anyway we’ve got us a really nice day out there at +1C and no wind chill. February roared in like a lion and seems to be purring out like a lamb. But there’s always next week. In another 3 weeks it’s daylight savings time.

From the making myself look foolish department: (Like since when have I not done that before?) Yesterday I posted a comment on Neal Asher’s Blog in response to his post on “global warming.” For some reason I called him Ian. WTF was I thinking? Uggh. I’m ready to amend that previous post now with a new post. Off and sent. For those just arriving to this blog, I'm a global warming skeptic.

Anne came back from Superstore and brought me a bag of nacho chips for the game tonight. So I’ll be enjoying that on the couch and having a rare Friday night off with Silky and Pledges

After lunch, flu on no flu I’m going to attempt to work on H, Even if I can get only 1-2 pages done, I’ll be happy with that. Also, I might even get some practicing done this evening.
