The weather going in was noticeably colder this afternoon with a biting wind chill. Unusual for this time of year. I got a seat by myself and read a bit of Ps. I think I read about 3 pages. I got the end dialer in the middle tap shooter row. Rob JT etc is in Vegas for the weekend. Not more then an hour into my shift Greg hands me my cheque. I had a really slow night. I had $145 by break. Anne called. I didn’t do much better in the 2nd half pulling in a total of $225.

After work I went out to Audrey’s. I checked the special order desk and no books in for me. So I browsed around and found the Nebula award winners showcase (edited by Ben Bova) for 2008. Beautiful. I scooped this up and paid for it. Not at American pricing. Anne called and I had a chat with her crossing the street. I lost her going underground. Really cold out there.

I had a chat and caught the bus at Clairview and had a hat with Anne. The bus came along five minutes and a brief 5 minute wait and I was home. It’s going to be a next couple of cold days. I’ll try and post some pictures if we get a freak late April snowfall. Oh and Rob never paid me my credit card bonuses for last week. I worked hard for those bonuses and if he's going to tell me that, I wasn;t at Line hour or I wasn't attending all my shifts, then I'm not asking for credit cards anymore.
