It took me awhile

but I finally found the Hal Leonard piano course I’ve been looking towards getting. They’ve got some of the HL books at Axe music across the street from Rexall place. But I’m going to call Mothers music to see if they have them in there because their just down the street from the office. If not I’m sure I can order them from Audrey’s. Speaking about piano’s I went to Giovanni’s website and I took a look at their upright pianos. They have one in particular I’d like to get, in dark pine. I’ll be asking if they have any of the HL books there but first into Mothers.

This morning I’ll be out there in a couple of hours waiting for my bus to head into the office. I’ll be putting in my 4 hours shift. I did really well (all things considering) with what we had to work with. I ended up with the top total for the tap section out of about a dozen of us. To be fair though, most of the guys 80% team India have been their since 9am Friday morning. Maybe Rob’s getting the message. He wasn‘t there all this last week. So if I can find this HL book in the city, that’s where I’m going after work. This is a photo I took of our office and see that blue oat down there by the white board? That's the computer station/dialer I was sitting at last night and where I'll be at this morning most likely having my Tim's. That's my blue jacket draped over the chair and my ball cap on the monitor. I like that position because I'm away from the barage of paper balls and I can watch the movies on that overhead monitor inthe corner when I'm not reading my book in between calls. The white board there is where we mark all our credit card sales. It's a good job, I just hate the company I work for:

Otherwise it’s straight home and catch what little is left of the Wings/Stars game. It starts about 11 am (the bastards) while I’m at work. Because it’s the long weekend I wonder how many people will be there. Other then team India of course we could have a week crew.

This is from out back of our apartment building. I love this time of year when the leaves on the trees are young and are minty green. April and May are my favorite times of year. June is okay as well but it gets too hot in July and August. I took this shot of the condos going up by Clairview bus/LRT terminal. Hard to believe they want over $250K for these places.

Even less so if we can get anyone home. If Anne comes in within the next 2 hours encouraging me to stay home and screw the stat pay, I’ll take her up on it. Other wise, I won’t mind going in. We need the money. I also got 3 credit card sales last night. Other wise, lets see, I think there’s a game on tomorrow at 5pm. Flyers/Pens and if Dallas ties the series as I suspect they will, there could be another game Monday afternoon. In which case my long weekend would be complete. It’s not like I don’t have things to do. I have my novel outline to work on and story research. There’s always some intriguing JFK research and piano practicing and reading from my Pandora’s Star novel. Plus there’s wrestling on Monday night plus I think there’s a couple of hockey games in there as well. We have chips, plenty of pop and if there’s no blow ups, looks like we could be in for a pretty good long weekend.

Anyway Bloggers, that’s all for now
