Continuing with the heat wave

we went to bed about 3am after the laundry was done. The AC was humming away keeping the bedroom nice and cool. Anne had trouble sleeping and I couldn’t sleep. It was about 5am anyway. Time to get up to do the cbi thing. Anne needed to get up at noon to make that appointment. I got some sleep this morning but woke up around 11am. Anne got up about 12:30pm and headed out over to the bank. She’s there now. I hope she can get access to that RRSP.

As for me, not much going on for today. I’m coming off the heals of Summerslam and I really enjoyed that last night. Tonight the fall out of that. I’ll be heading to work at my usual time and hopefully I can get some more reading in. Most likely we’ll be doing CF. Uggh. Then it’s home to watch Raw. I also want to call Mike & Doris and wish them a happy 30th anniversary. After all it was their wedding that brought me here to Edmonton in the first place. That’s about all for today.

Anne came back from the bank and she was successfull! So we have about 2/3rds of our rent for September. The RRSP earned $70 in interest for the year, so far. Why she didn't take out the full ammount for rent, I don't know. Or even a grand. Still it means we can go to that account at anytime we run into some trouble. We don't want to rely on it though. That money can be burned so fast. It's only used for extream emergencies.

Yes folks the heatwave continues on. It's supposed to get to +31C today. That's about 88F. That's almost typical weather for my readers living in Phoenix. There is some releif in site though. Possibly tomorrow. I don't mind it hot. 3-5 days once or twice a year is fine So far, we've had 8 days of +30C heat for just August alone. I like winter. I just don't like extreme winter.

Anyway Bloggers, that‘s all for now
