I got into the office about 4:50pm yesterday and got my dialer then took the elevator down to the drugstore to get a candy bar. Theirs are 15 cents more then ours but I wanted a snickers in case my bsl felt like it was going to go down. The shift was slow. Greg put the Calgary at Hamilton CFL game on for me. I was hoping for a Hamilton win but they barely showed up. I had a slow start to the evening and Anne called about 7:30pm. I just wanted to get the hell out of the office and get a couple of books at Audrey’s. It was so dark out there on the street as I was ready to cross some idiot had his front car lights turned off and only put them on about 3 car lengths away from me. I had plenty of time to scoot out of the way.

Ok at Audrey’s I picked the 3/4th Everquest novel (Ocean of tears) and the last of the Karen Travis books (Matriarch)to complete the Wess’Har series. If I ever get around to reading them. I have one more novel coming in the Everquest series: “Rouge’s hour.” There’s also about 4 other R.A. Salvatore Omnibuses I’d like to get in the Forgotten realms series.

I was glad to get to the LRT but the train was already there ready to pull out of Corona. I spent to much time at the order desk. The Southside train brought a lot of Halloween party goers costume to the nightclub upstairs a few doors down from Audrey’s. The LRT had 4 cars on the tracks. I didn’t know it until Anne mentioned but Celine Dion is in town for 2 shows. I got home and retrieved the cat food for Boot’s. It wasn’t that bad out there in fact it was rather mild. Boot’s recognized someone coming to the tree and came over. He let me pet him without scratching me. Poor little guy, I wish we could take him in but Anne’s right, he’d be fighting with the other cats causing nothing but problems. Hopefully when it gets really cold out thee somebody on the ground floor will take him in. Not that I go looking for it but I don’t see any cat shit around which leads me to believe somebody owns him on the ground floor. He’s most likely out there now even.

After I took care of Boot’s I put the pan of pork chops in the oven and settled in to watch Smackdown. Pretty good show until the end there to spoil it but I knew that was going to happen. By the time ECW rolled around I was feeling pretty tired. Anne got in halfway through the show and fixed our supper. By the time ECW was underway I ws feeling pretty tired. I got to bed and passed out about 1:15am and got up around 2:30am but couldn’t sleep after that. Second day in a row now. I know by the time 2pm rolls around and we’re out of there I’ll be falling asleep on the LRT and once home watch me try and have a nap before the CFL 5pm game rolls around. If only.

Tonight’ it’s Edmonton hosting I think BC and I think it’s here in the city. That should take me until 7:30pm and then after that it’s the Oiler’s at Vancouver. I’m not holding out for them to win this one either but you never know.

Sprinkled throughout the day I’ll be reading more out of Icewind Dale. I’ve got a list here of 4 other R.A. Salvatore’s Forgotten realm’s Omnibus books here. Once I get those 4 Star Wars books, I’ll place the order.

Of course everyone’s concerned about the markets. I’m watching oil and it closed Up at $64.

On a bit of a sad note for me, AGF (A God(s) ) message board is moving. Actually all of MSN Groups is moving over to Multiply. Another social networking site. This one is really slow. I like the layout of MSN and since I've been apart of it since 1999 when it was a thriving chatroom and now a message board, will be moving over to MSN's partner site: Multiply. It's the end of an era folks. Hopefully over the next day or two I'll be putting up a permalink to my site over there on Multiply.

We've been getting a lot of wind lately. Right now it's blowing out there like crazy at 45 knots.
