Weather wise it was very nice going in to work yesterday. About +10C. I think yesterday was our last double digit week day of the year and the afternoon air was somewhat mild.

I got in at around 4:35pm yesterday afternoon and had a coffee. Lev sat next to me and we had a pretty good night. I had a few CC’s as well. Anne called about 7:15pm and we had a brief chat. I had a good evening and I ended up with 3 CC’s. Not to bad.

Finally today is the big US election day. I’ve got $20 bucks riding on McCain. We’ll know this evening when I come home what the outcome of the election is. Personally, I’d like to see Obama win. What I like about Obama is he’s for the middle class but with the financial crises the world is facing these days, is "change" going to be enough to weather the economic crisis the world is struggling out of? Is Obama being set up to fail? We’ll know tonight.

Raw celebrated it’s 800th episode last night and was it a dozy. I loved it. Anne made me a nice hot hamburger and fries for my lunch.

I also did a lot of reading from Icewind dale yesterday. After this book I want to go back to the first book in the Forgotten Realm series which is the “Moonshae trilogy” but I can only get that online it seems.

I got about half an hour of reading in this morning before the news. My goal is to read 100 pages/week and to eventually increase this to 150 pages/week. I don’t speed read. I read at a normal pace.
