Clouds are grey and it’s cold out there with a -5C wind chill. That in itself isn’t bad if you don’t need to be out in it for any length of time. Right now it’s -1C. Typical for this time of year.

Tomorrow I’m going to make an effort to be out of here by 12:20pm for a rare afternoon shift. I want to put at least 3 afternoons in this week. Or until Ms calls me about the inbound call center. Or ICC job. I don’t think they’ll call today though. Anne’s cell phone didn’t show a missed call on the screen when I got up about 11:45 this morning. But I will call Ms again before I leave out of here tomorrow.

Financial news at noon, almost everything in the markets is down. Oil dropped just a bit but as long as it hovers around $50 and holds like that until mid February or so oil will climb up again. I doubt we‘ll see $200 oil but it could break $150 in July ‘09 before it goes down again.

Last night I took all my ripped videos offline and moved them over to a 2 Gb Sd media card. Best I could do was to fill up 1Gb worth which was 100 vids. Now all I need is a video player of some sort independent of my computer to play them on. I‘m still looking at the Iphone or the Blackberry Storm. I haven‘t decided yet but I‘m leaning towards the Iphone.

We decided to keep Boots in overnight and he charged after Sporty. Poor guy. Boots kept him hiding under the bed all night but we locked the stray in my office overnight and all morning. As long as we keep them separated they should be ok.

This morning in the wee hours I watched Star Trek “Insurrection,” Great movie. I’m not sure when the new Trek movie will be out but something tells me around Christmas time.
