A busy Monday afternoon |
|
I was in bed by 3am and again I had trouble sleeping. I’m glad Coast had a decent show. This morning was no better. I was worried for my job. Then it occurred to me that business and family compete in the same area. Business is not sectioned off to that one little area anymore. They have an extra 10 stations that let out at 4pm.
An interesting news item this morning. The Province is going to try and end homelessness. It’s not so much homelessness but the people that are already in their own homes that could be out on the street because they lost their job or how about those that can’t afford the rent. These people could be out on the street. If the Province addresses all of these concerns then it’s a good deal.
I’m trying to get through “The third lynx” and I’m not even at the halfway part of the book yet. It’s not the book it’s me. Zahn has earned a place as one of my top 10 SF authors in the field today. I’m enjoying the Frank Compton series. I hope sales are strong and he does a couple more.
Anne’s heading out and about and asked me if I wanted Chinese food for lunch. I don’t mind paying my own. Chinese food sounds like a good plan for this afternoon. If she gets back in time.
I took this cute cat picture of the babies together on the kitchen table last night. Sporty is the white guy and Sparky is the striped guy. Two brothers from the same litter loving up to each other. I love it when cats do that.
I don’t mean to bring anyone down with my job talk. I’m sure everything will be okay at 5pm tonight. Besides, Monday night Raw is on as well tonight.
This week has a lot of things in it. Firstly today is Anne’s Birthday. Wednesday is the OTH game at Rexall. The Oiler’s I think play Tuesday. Friday is the first day of Spring but you’d never know it around here.
So, I’ve got some email to get to and some other things to do online.
Anyway, gang that’s all for now.
