I got up about 1pm and had the 9 hours of sleep that I needed. I was looking forward to the Hawks/Wings game at 1pm. I didn’t get the details of the game before except Chicago won Friday night. Yet Nikolai Khabibulin apparently has an injury of some kind. Shades of the 06 Oiler’s. I had a feeling the goal tender change would do them in. Sure enough the Wings scored and then the Hawks. Then the floodgates came in. 6-1 was the finale. The Hawks had to do several goal tender changes as well.

Anne made a great brunch and I was all pumped up to go see Trek but as 6:45pm was closing we were left scrambling to find a theater. So she went down there and I figured she’s going to call me from there saying she got tickets. She was in the line up with her free pass. But her pass was for Famous players not Empire.

So we’re home tonight and I think we’ll watch a PPV thing. I want to see “The Spirit,” and or “The Valkyrie” with Tom Cruise. We’ll find something.

Anne went and got us “The Valkyrie” for our Sunday night movie.
