It was a warm one going into the office yesterday afternoon. I got my 6/49 ticket and headed up to the office. The shift was just about ending. I got some empties, not a lot and decided to take a dialer at the other end but Super wasn’t in today it was just DC and Brandin. They had 4 of us in the back doing BOB and I had 3 cards by break and some large sales. I was at $160 by break. I got one more card and a total of $245. Not great but I did get the highest card amount and that was worth a $25 bonus. If bm gives it to me that is. I had a nice evening.

I road back on the train with this Muslim fellow. He has this weird looking head dress. Kind of reminds me of Marge Simpson but in black not Blue. He’s a nice enough fellow but spits through his teeth a lot. Yuck.

I got to read on the bus at Clairview and “The Wilding” is coming along pretty good. I’m beginning to enjoy this book. It has some entertaining stuff where I'm reading.

I got home and Anne was doing laundry and a big cleanup. I watched a pretty good Monday night Raw but they went a bit overboard with bashing Canada. Is DX coming back? Seems like it.

After super I did my admin stuff and cleaned up my favorite author block. A few spelling and punctuation mistakes but I think I got it fixed up.

At the moment not much going on. I’m going to see the guy about the plan at BK later tonight.

Over the past couple of outings at Audrey’s books lately I’ve been looking at the covers of Jeff Somers novels “Avery Cates” series. I like the book covers and the books are in Trade paperback. But I also want to star reading the John Ringo’s Posleen series, some books on my To order list. I believe all are in print and I want to continue on with the Steven Erikson Malazan series. That’s on my To order list this fall as well as The New Space Opera 2 and Ellen Datlow’s Lovecraft Unbound, whenever that’s coming. Too much to read so little time

And finally, I can't believe that I'm closing in on my 1,000th blog post. I'm going to see if I can get a back up from my server end on a DVD or something. Wow, 1,000 posts. That's got to be a Geeklog record.
