book "in the Company of others," I really did but the book did not pass my 50 page rule. That is if the book doesn't grab me within the first 50 pages, I chuck it. I seldom chuck a book but this one got so tedious and it just dragged on and on. Sorry Julie but this book was boring. I felt bad about this too. It doesn't mean I wont read another Czernada book, far from it. It's just that this one was boring. I want a stand alone and I want to read a fantasy. So I picked out an Everquest book, "Truth and Steel," by Thomas M. Read.
