it was a great day today

We're having ACDC, currently on stage as I write this. I couldn't see any production trucks in the parking lot on my way into work. Work went well despite the owner there, he never even made an appearance. I had a slow start but sold some tickets got 3 card sales and a lot of empties. The atmosphere was great as we were playing 4 on 4 teams for credit card sales and Nevada's. I got 3 Nevedas and 2 winners for a $10 bonus but a lot of empties. I called Anne up as she was saying how the had a thunder lightning storm with hail move on in through here. hopefully the ACDC crowd at the big show didn't get rained on. I had a great night last night. I read a lot from my Everquest book "Truth and Steel." One can never go wrong with an Everquest book. Good times.

What was nice about this evening was people were buying tickets and paying for them on credit cards and these were not even taps. That was $105 in cards and I got a $!0 bonus plus all the empty cans and plastic bottles. I can't complain. Anne says I can go in on Friday to make up for missing Sunday. Sounds good to me. I lose an hour because its from 1:30pm-4:30pm, only 3 hours.

Coast last night was excellent. This from their website:  UFO investigator for over thirty years, Philip Imbrogno talked about how physical anomalies and interdimensional realities may connect various types of paranormal activity including UFOs, Shadow People and EVP. This was a great show. It got me to thinking more about UFO's and wondering in all the sitings in modern times how come we haven't picked up any craft to craft communication? Or even communication within a UFO? Just musing out loud here.

In local news today seems that the ACDC concert was indeed rained upon. This concert was to contain Areosmith but we know what happened there. I'm not a fan of these 2 bands. I liked a few things but nothing that would make me spend $100 in the bleachers. The last concert I saw was The police and that was in 1983. I paid $20 a ticket back then.

My friend Keith Graham has a whole bunch of SFF links on his site. I've got a lot of them but I've seen a few I don't have. I might redo the links list and put them all near the bottom on the left sidebar. I'm not sure yet but I've got a lot of those links to go through.

Anyway gang that's about all for now
