If anything we're getting some nice weather |

Overnight I felt achy in my neck and shoulders and I had a headache. Sleep was hard to come by but George had a decent show on Coast last night about Egyptology as Professor at the University of Calgary, Carmen Boulter presented accumulated evidence and research, which suggests to her that levitation and advanced knowledge were used to construct the numerous pyramids in ancient Egypt. I listened for about an hour. Great show, interesting guest. About 6am I woke up feeling a little better. By about 11:30am I felt a lot better and I woke up with no pain or discomfort. I slept for another hour after that and I was up around 12:30pm.
When I came home last night the caretakers to help Canada post, placed yellow postal notes on the mail boxes showing the empty suites. We have 8 of them that I quickly counted. This time last year our building was full. It doesn’t mean we’re not going to get a rental increase. Most likely we are but if they want to scare more people away a rental increase will just make more vacancies. We’re still trying to wait for this subsidy I applied for 8 weeks ago now.
Not much going on this month. Next month I’ll be busy what with work and our regular Lodge meeting and an emergent meeting where we’re going to prove up a candidate from FC to MM. I’ll be doing the examination again. The FC is basically similar to the EA in terms of exam format. I need about a week of intense study and then I’ll be ready to go. That will be on our October 15th emergent meeting. I’ll be doing my Tyler duties, exam of the FC, and a part in the MM degree as well. So, I’m going to be pretty busy that night. Love it.
Still reading William King’s “The Space Wolf” Omnibus. It kind of repeats itself in some ways but just when you think it gets bogged down it comes out and wakes you up. I hope to have it completed by mid October.
Last nights Monday night Raw wasn’t bad. I had fun with it but to be honest I didn’t know who Cedric the entertainer was. They never announced the guest host for next week. DX is getting tired. They can’t seem to “win” a match against Legacy. Long time Raw ring announcer Lilian Garcia has quite the show when her contract expires this year. Apparently she’s getting married.
Also, the NHL regular season starts up October 3rd for the Edmonton Oiler’s. Also the Eskimos are going to be playing a Saturday afternoon evening game at Commonwealth 4pm. Excellent. I’m going to go to work Saturday morning, get my Tim’s breakfast and my Star Wars book at Audrey’s, get my 6/49 ticket and a bag of chips on the way home and have a little nap on the couch and a bite too eat before Anne goes to work and settle in and watch the game. I’ll be back in here of course a few more times before that happens.
Anyway gang, that’s about all for now
