Wednesday I got into the job thing feeling pretty good. I sat at the back as I kind of figured we’d be doing magic again. I got $450 and 3 cards for $85 but I also had top total for no bonus. I got a whack of empties though to take home.

Anne wasn’t home when I got into the apartment but I knew she had been back when I got inside. Lights on that weren’t before when I left type thing. I did some admin stuff and checked on my 6/49 ticket. I came within 1 number twice for almost getting a free ticket but nobody claimed the $23M. So for Saturday it’s going to go up to $29M. I’ll get a ticket of course.

I told Gerry I’m off Thursday and he knows that, so I’m good to go to the Lodge for this evenings installation. Also, there’s now a 99% chance that Anne and I will be leaving out of here about noon-ish for Best Buy so I can get my laptop. Good stuff.

“Rainbow’s End” has some confusing things in it. There’s some stuff in it I’m not following but that’s one of the reasons why I don’t like Cyberpunk. I’ll be at the half way mark by Sunday. I hope to have the book read by mid December. Then I can start on Ben Bova’s “The Green Trap.”

On Coast tonight “New energy technology.” Should be a good show this evening as they are talking about recent experiments at CERN.
