and getting some things done.

I'm about ready to wrap up "City of Pearl" and let me tell you, this book is excellent. At first the book was slow and meandering. But then a glimmer of something kept me motivated to go on. You can read my progress reports of this book over there at Goodreads.

Other then that, not much is going on. Anne and I are going to see her Doctor so I can see about getting my medical files and Doctor changed to a downtown location rather then spending all afternoon traveling out to the West End.

So this means getting up at 6am tomorrow and then going into work for the morning shift. Then to my bank to make a deposit and then up to meet Anne, then home. Most likely we are going out to Boston Pizza over here for a brief birthday celebration as it's Anne's birthday Tuesday. Anyway that's about all for now.
