Not a lot going on right now |

other then Thursday going into my Lodge for our emergent meeting and I'm up early tomorrow for the morning shift and then I'll work the afternoon shift.
We've been having double digit weather here over the last few days with temps climbing to +12. I'd say the snow on the ground out here will be gone by the end of the month.
Mark Kelly in yesterdays SF Signal wrote an article about books in my SFFH genre that are series as opposed to stand alone novels. From his research out of the 400-500 novels last year most of these were sequels or book 8 of 12 in a series. Fantasy novles have more series in that genre then SF. You can read more about the article here.
Xbox Live is a boon to Xbox 360 users because there is a patch that lets you save games to your hard drive. I found this out from a co worker months after I had bought Oblivion. Now my game disc is all scratched from over handling the disc. If I would have known about this earlier I would have spent the $60/year to get the patch and I would have downloaded Oblivion onto my hard drive.
Speaking of games I still want to play DDO but I need a decent graphics card to play and I want to play on my laptop when I get my Acer cleaned up. This looks like a great game and I'd love to get into it. Anyway, that's all for now.
