6:30am this morning. I'm in my office and no Boots. I figure he's most likely under the patio lawn chair hiding enjoying the warmer air on the balcony. I lock up and head out the door for my 9am appointment.

I met James had breakfast at Corona Tim's and he showed me the presentation. Very nice. I'm not going to mention anything about this just yet but it looks good.

That was a pretty good day. I got 8 cards worth $265 and $810 worth of a total for a $5 bonus. I know it's not much but it's the only bonus money I got in 2 weeks. I put in 21.5 hours, what with Anne's birthday Monday and the Lodge Thursday it was a busy week.

So I come hone on the train feeling drained but not too tired. I got in and Anne had our bedroom door open and my office door open. Strange. No Boots. Both windows were closed and I opened the window calling out his name hoping he'd run up to me but nothing. Then I got the feeling that he jumped off the balcony to the ground below and took off sometime when Anne went to bed around 4am and I got up at 6:30am this morning. The window to my office was still open when I got up. Anne had my office door closed when I got up like it's always closed for him on warmer days. Boot's has been cooped up in here since last November so I think he got cabin fever and bolted. Strange what with today being the first day of Spring he decides to do this. I hope he'll come around later when he's hungry. Anne has yet too call me from her job about it. I hope Boot's is ok out there because when we got him fixed up the vet trimmed his claws. If he gets into a cat fight Boots won't survive so I'm a little worried for him.

Anne just came in and she confirmed that he must have jumped off the balcony sometime this morning. Hopefully when he gets hungry, he'll return.

So I'm off Sunday, which I need a full day off. Over the last 3 days I've been going in early. I was almost ready to go in for the Sunday shift but Anne wants me home.

Since last Sunday, over there at Pat's he's had 5 book giveaway's and yours truly has entered into all of them. Keith Graham has had a book giveaway as well but it isn't a contest. Keith bought several SFF vintage lots of books and he wants to give the duplicate copies away. I've got one book coming. These books are not in the best of conditions but I missed reading a lot of vintage SFF and a free book is a free book right?

Coast has another lame show, "Secret world of infomercials." Oh brother. I got to get me Streamlink and an ITouch but I probably wont get it until the end of next month. Coast is really boring on the weekends lately. According to the Coast website there's an artical about the Large Haydron Colider (LHC) at Cern saying how on Friday the LHC went to 3.5 TeV and will smash the 2 beams together. It's going to be interesting to see what kind of particles the event will produce. .

And finally-yes! There is an Oiler game on TV tomorrow night. The Sharks are in town to do battle with the Oiler's. Good stuff. Anyway, that's all for now.
